In a small shop in sunny West Los Angeles, CA during the ‘60s, Bernard Mondello received his performance racing and cylinder head education at the hands of his father, the much respected Joe Mondello.

Joe Mondello was a legend in the drag racing and aftermarket parts building community. His undying love for everything related to engines and automobiles led him to pursue a life full of them. His decades of experience building high quality cylinder heads were passed on to his son.

While his friends were spending their time dreaming about owning the fastest car on the block, Bernard was learning how to build the fastest cars in the city.

He grew up building some of the most innovative and exciting engines and cylinder heads of the time.

From the age of 10 all the way to when he turned 27, Bernard received a master class in what it takes to work in the aftermarket engine parts business.

With his rich heritage, the best technology available, and invaluable hands-on experience, Bernard Mondello is not only continuing his father’s impressive legacy, he’s built his very own.
